Experience A Bit of Our History with ...

A sample of our successes as well as a portion of our portfolio, which is representative of the depth and breadth of our services and our successes.

Some of Our Successes

As we embark on our journey, we learn the challenges faced during our darkest hours carried valuable lessons. When learned, these lessons lead us out of darkness and into a path of light filled with enlightenment, promise, and bright rewards. These rewards not only come in the form of creative solutions, but also in the form of knowledge about our selves and others, our talents, and our community resources. The following examples are just a sample of our successes:

Darkness
The Alzheimer Association was planning an Early Stages Dementia Conference and wanted to distribute program information to participants.
Light
Working with the Planning Committee, Theresa developed an Event Program highlighting the day's agenda, text of speakers, summaries of all sessions, and a list of available resources in the nine-county area.
Darkness
YMCA Camp Arrowhead was looking for creative activities to support their home-school program.
Light

Theresa designed a workshop that allowed children ages 5 to 10 explore a variety of written and artistic forms of journaling.

Darkness
The Village of Holley has been without a newsletter covering local news since 1971.
Light
Theresa met with the Holley Business Association to discuss the possibility of a village newsletter. Local business owners were so excited that within a month's time, the first issue of "SaltPort Press" was launched with a distribution of 500.

Darkness

The Business Development Team of a regional telecommunications company was entering the global marketplace with the development of a technical telecommunications bid for presentation to the Ministry of Telecommunications in Netanya, Israel.

Light

As a member of the company's International Business Team, Theresa assisted in the development of a bid for presentation to the Ministry of Telecommunications in Netanya, Israel. She clarified and condensed text and developed supporting technical illustrations to illustrate key concepts.

Darkness

After an energy supplier choice campaign, the Project Manager presented the CEO with a lengthy 50 page Program Evaluation Report. He asked her to come page when the report was less than 10 pages.

Light

As a member of the utility's Program Management Team, Theresa created a concise, eight page Program Report consisting of an executive summary, graphic charts summarizing results, along with top five highlights and top five areas requiring improvement.

Darkness

An educational software company had a 20-volume set of printed training material that was voluminous, cumbersome to use, and ten years out of date!

Light

As a member of an Information Development Team, Theresa updated, reformatted, and repurposed information into a searchable electronic library. This library was not only on CD, but also posted to the corporate website where customers could download it.

Darkness

A telecommunication company's R&D Team, who were scattered remotely across two continents and multiple time zones, were asked to develop an International Directory Assistance System with the appropriate training materials to support the system..

Light

Theresa worked collaboratively with the Training Developers and the R&D Team, adjusting her daily work schedule and attending regular teleconferences so that she could develop and test required training materials in a simplified version of the English language for delivery to target audiences in England, Canada, and in the United States.
