A telecommunication company's R&D Team, who were scattered remotely across two continents and multiple time zones, were asked to develop an International Directory Assistance System with the appropriate training materials to support the system.. | Light |
Theresa worked collaboratively with the Training Developers and the R&D Team, adjusting her daily work schedule and attending regular teleconferences so that she could develop and test required training materials in a simplified version of the English language for delivery to target audiences in England, Canada, and in the United States. | | Darkness |
