Journaling is the recording of experiences. Expressed in a variety of mediums,  this record may be in the form of an audio recording, a notebook, or an art mural.  With a clear purpose, it documents our intense thoughts, emotions, and reactions to life. In essence, journaling transforms the traditional diary into a unique method of self-expression, healing, and personal growth. It provides us with much-needed focus and helps us to clarify concerns, express gratitude, and explore challenges.  Regardless of medium, journaling is a low cost, effective way of taking care of our self.

 

Why journaling?
